Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, where you can select your preferred shipping method.

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped in the order they are received. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email and/or text message.

Domestic Shipping
If you select USPS, please note that packages may be delivered to your mailbox or left outside your door. If you are concerned about package security, we recommend choosing a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.

Route Shipping Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If you purchased Route protection, claims can be submitted directly through Route. Bag-all is unable to file claims on behalf of customers.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

If you choose USPS for an international shipment, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States. For end-to-end tracking, we recommend selecting FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bag-all cannot control the delivery process, communicate with foreign postal services, or contact customs authorities on a customer’s behalf.

Shipping Locations
Bag-all currently ships from our fulfillment center in California, USA for orders placed on bag-all.com, and from Paris, France for orders placed on bag-all-europe.com.

Customers located outside the United States may wish to order from our European store for faster delivery and to help reduce customs fees and import charges.
