Wasn’t thrilled with the quality

Wasn’t thrilled with the quality of the product and didnt realize I couldn’t get a refund, only exchange or store credit. These items were not cheap. I dont like to shop that way. I also didnt like that I couldn’t speak to a person on the phone, only email. I should have read the return policy. My fault. I also ordered a whole set monogrammed. My daughter liked it but I wasn’t excited about the fabric. She is happy with it and that’s all that matters.
